PalmArgentinaVino da uve stramature
From the ancient varieties of Groppello and Marzemino cultivated on the lakeshore at Moniga del Garda comes PalmaArgentina. After the branches are cut, the grapes remain for some weeks on the vines. The loss of turgidity and water allows the grapes to concentrate the sugars during a mild period at a moderate temperature. The process bestows the bouquet of a armonious and perfectly balanced wine, which grows in harmony and roundedness thanks to the addition of a little Moscato rosa which completes the wellrounded context. Suitable to accompany a delicate pastry dessert and forest fruits.
