Brut Rosé

Classic Method since 1973

From 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Nero grapes, with very gentle pressing of the Pinot Nero (vinified in part in rosé and in part in red) from the most suitable limestoneclay areas of Garda and Franciacorta, 35% of the must ferments in little white oak casks of a capacity of 228 litres.

Colour: White effervescence and persistent perlage with little bubbles, demonstrating excellent ageing on the yeast. Slight, antique pink which over time can reach the more classical “onion skin” colour

Aroma: Intense, well-rounded aroma of ripe fruit with hints of forest fruit, vanilla and currant.

Taste: Elegant in its harmony, full taste and structure while maintaining excellent fragrance, freshness and taste.
